i fwip out

A. This is what your toddler SAYS after refusing to take a nap and instead bangs his head on the bed and then holding onto the rail, jumps up and down until he launches himself right out onto the floor. On his head. According to his sister who was in the room at the time, he scored a 9.5 on the dismount, but the lump on his head suggests otherwise.

B. This is what the mommy DOES when she realizes that her two-and-a-half year old has used his crib as some sort of gymnastic, vaulting device and has actually catapulted himself right out of his own bed. Impressive, huh? Should he be out of the crib by now? Yeah, probably, but would you want him "free to move about the cabin?" Heh. That's what I thought.

I am in the same place as you. Not really wanting Judah to be free, but he's at the point where he needs to be out of his crib. Ugg. Gives me a headache to even think about. Containment can be a wonderful thing.
